• Practical training is compulsory for every student.
• AIM INSIGHTS, Mangalore organizes in-house HRD training programme ‘FEEL EMPLOYABLE’ for every student of the college from first to final year. Objectives of the training are:

1. To develop self-esteem in the students.
2. To expose the students to a few aspects of personal effectiveness and success.
3. To help students identify necessary skills for preparing one self to become
   employable.
4. To give an opportunities to students to identify areas that have to be developed

Industrial Visits

To impart practical work life experience, students are provided with the industrial visit with the sole motive to give them the essence of industrial work scenario.

Placement Report for the year 2006 - 07

During this session so far (up to May 2006) many students have been placed through campus interviews or through open campus. Many companies are going to conduct campus interviews and open campus interviews in June and July 2006.
