All the students are expected to follow the rules and
regulations as directed by the Institute Management,
Madhya Pradesh Govt., R.G.P.V. Bhopal, D.T.E. Bhopal,
from time to time (Refer to Rule 12 ordinance no. 7
of M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam 1973). As per Rule
13 of Ordinance No. 7 of M.P.V.V. Adhiniyam 1973, if
a student is found guilty of breach of discipline, or
violation of code of conduct within or outside the precincts
of the institution, the Principal may, according to
the nature and gravity of the offence (i) suspend the
student from attending classes or (ii) disqualify him
from appearing in the next examination or (ii) rusticate
him or (iv) expel him from the Institute and remove
his/her name from the register of enrolled students.
Uniform
White Shirt Grey pant and black Leather shoes is the
official uniform for the boys. No T-Shirt is allowed.
Girl students may use White Kurta & Grey Salwar
with Grey Dupatta or White Blouse and Grey Saree. However,
While working in workshop, students are required to
use Grey Apron. They must display their laminated photo-identity
cards on the pockets. On Wednesday student are exempted
from wearing college uniform. Cloth for uniform is available
with Sports Officer of the college.
Fee/ Refund of Fee
Students are bound to pay any fees as prescribed by
R.G.P.V. Bhopal, A.I.C.T.E. New Delhi, D.T.E. Bhopal,
Fee Fixation Committee and Madhya Pradesh Govt. from
time to time. Once admission is taken and fee is deposited-
fee will not be refunded after cancellation of admission.
More over if one cancels his admission after the cut
–off date, he/she has to deposit complete fee
for four years.
Absenteeism
Students are required to attend at least 75% of the
lectures and laboratory practicals separately as per
University ordinance. Fine @ 10/- per period or Rs.
50/- per day of absence will be imposed. For mass absenteeism
or forcing others for such acts may attract fine upto
Rs. 1000/- apart from other punishments.
Identity Card
Students should carry their identity card duly authorized
and authenticated by the Institute. Students are required
to produce their Identity Card any time if asked by
any faculty member or staff member of the Institute
for identification.
Rewards
· Cash prize of Rs. 5,000 with certificate for
topping in the combined merit list of a particular semester
of colleges situated in Gwalior.
· Cash prize of Rs. 10,000 with certificate on
securing the first position in the combined merit list
of colleges in Gwalior in both the semesters of an academic
year.
· Cash prize of Rs. 20,000 on securing the first
position in the combined list of all institutions of
Madhya Pradesh in both the semesters of an academic
year.
Drugs
Possession or consumption of liquor / cigarettes/ any
type of drug in the institute premises and hostels will
be taken seriously and can lead to immediate suspension
/ expulsion from the Institute. |
