Academic Programmes

• After clearing the entrance test MP PET, conducted by VYAPAM, Bhopal, students are required to undergo direct counseling at any one of
  five centers -Gwalior, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Rewa.
• The Govt. of M.P. and R.G.P.V. Bhopal has planned admission through live distributed counseling at five centers viz. Bhopal, Gwalior,    Indore, Jabalpur & Rewa using state of art application of Information Technology.
• All the seats will be strictly filled as per the merit of MP PET examination. 80% of the seats are for the MP domicile candidates who have   qualified MP PET conducted by VYAPAM,. MP and remaining 20% seats will be filled up by those candidates who have secured cut-off   marks in AIEEE 2007. 5% of the seats are reserved for the Management Quota.

• The Eligibility criteria for B.E. Program as per the norms of RGPV Bhopal.
• For Management Quota / NRI seats, contact NRIITM Office.
• For All India quota seats 20% seats are reserved for those candidates who have appeared in the AIEEE exam.

• Marksheet of 10th &12th (10+2) examination.
• Affidavit regarding gap in studies (if any) showing reasons.
• Character Certificate issued by School/College/ University last attended.
• Transfer Certificate.
• Certificate of Medical Fitness (if required).
• Five copies of passport size photographs.
• AIEEE /P.E.T. score card and admit card.
• Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal (if require).

• Fee for academic year 2007-2008 is decided by M.P Govt. / University / Fee Fixation Committee. It will be notified soon.
 Hostel Charges

• Mess is being run by student co-operative society.
• Separate hostel facility is available for boy's and girls. Hostel rooms are adequately furnished with all modern amenities and homely   atmosphere. All the charges of hostel are economical and as per actual basis.
• Hostel facility will only be provided for the candidates who will be ready to live in the hostel for one year. No fee shall be refunded in   between the session.

Bus Fees is decided by M.P. Government / Fees Fixation Committee

• Once this facility is availed by the candidate it will not possible to withdraw the facility/fee.
• New identity card will be made each year of the courses

Note : All fee are subjected to revision by MP government / University from time to time.
